Assembly Members are the ones that make up the production floor. They are needed to perform a workflow and create outputs for scheduled tasks.
In the system, we can set Employees as Production Members and set their qualifications in each model groups.
Before you get started, you must at least have a single employee account in the system. If you have not yet created any employee account and don't know how, click here.
To set an Employee/s, go to the side navigation and under Job Scheduling, click Member
It should redirect you to Member Qualifications page
Here, you can assign existing employees in the company as eligible Assembly Member and set their qualification ranks
To add an employee as an eligible Assembly Member, click Add and fill the fields
After clicking add, you should see him in the list of members now
Fill out the fields and click Add Member Ranking
This should add the Assembly Member as a qualified member for that Model Group
You can remove member by clicking edit button and selecting the member from the list
In the pop-up that will appear, select the member that you want to remove and click Delete
The user you chose will be removed on the list of available members to set qualifications after clicking Delete
For editing qualifications, click the Edit button of the row you want to edit
In the pop-up, all the subgroups should appear. If a subgroup is clicked, it will show another list where you can set their qualification rank
After changing qualification rank, click Update to save changes
It should refresh the table after updating a member
The process for deleting member qualification is similar to deleting a member as an eligible Assembly Member. Click Delete beside its Edit button
A prompt should appear after clicking Delete:
After clicking Delete again, the employee should have no qualifications anymore
