In the Scheduler view (not to confuse with the Scheduler page itself), you can directly see all the lines that have schedules for the date you are in
Navigate to Scheduler view by clicking the Scheduler tab on the top-left of the page
This is how the Scheduler view looks like:
From the image above, it shows all the Assembly Stations that have scheduled production for the for its selected date
To select a date to view, click the date picker on the top right of the page. It should open a calendar for the user to choose
Click a date you want to view with your Scheduler view from the calendar, and it should show you all the scheduled tasks in that date
From left to right, each row shows the Assembly Station’s name, which members are assigned to it and its production start and end.
To see more details about the scheduled tasks, click the name of the Assembly Station
It should expand the Assembly Station and show the specific tasks that are needed or expected to be done within the day
From left to right, it shows the name of the assembly to be done, the final output product name, the order code, how much output quantity is expected, how much is left needed to be done, and its expected time frame for it to be done
You can edit the expected output for the Assembly Station by editing the scheduled quantity field
You can also assign members by clicking the “+” button
A new pop-up should show up after clicking it:
In the table, it shows details about each member available to be assigned for the Assembly Station, this includes their name, qualifications, and their shift. It also shows all selected members on the top portion of the window
Click Save to save your changes. It should update your assigned members and recalculate expected assembly time
