In the Scheduler page, there are two extra views that you can use; the Gantt Chart/Timeline view and the Calendar view. These two views provide a better visual representation of how much time does an order assembly, or a whole assembly line take up in a day, week, or month format
To start off, navigate to Gantt Chart/Timeline view by clicking its tab on the top left side of the page
The Gantt Chart/Timeline view looks like this:
Let’s start by identifying each component of the view. Let's start with the left side:
The dropdown list lets you switch between showing tasks by Assembly Stations or by Production Orders
The image below shows how it looks like when showing tasks by Assembly Stations:
The timeline in the middle shows what product is being made and how much time the station is expected to use on its production
Click on the task in the timeline. A pop-up should appear:
This window is directly like the Scheduler itself, having its same functionality and UI
You can edit details of the scheduled tasks through this:
Now this is how it looks like when showing tasks by Production Orders:
With Production chosen, it will show each order and its scheduled product
The timeline area should work the same way as when the Assembly Station is chosen
Now let’s go use Today button
Today button lets you switch to the date today. This button is not interactable if it’s already in today’s date
Now let’s go to the right side of the page
Let’s start with the Schedule button by clicking it
Schedule button simply shows the Scheduler pop-up and shows all the scheduled tasks for today
Now let’s go to Filter button
Filter button simply lets you filter out what scheduled tasks you can see based on their status
Day, Week, and Month buttons lets you switch the range of your timeline view
Week view:
Month view:
Now let’s go to Calendar View. Click the Scheduler Calendar tab
The Scheduler Calendar view looks like this:
It shows the whole plotted schedule in a calendar format
If you click a scheduled task in a date not earlier than today, it should show the Scheduler pop-up window again
Calendar also has different data formats. Like the Gantt Chart view, it has Assembly Stations and Production Orders
There is also a third data format called Orders Main Assembly, which shows overall progress of the order’s completed outputs
We can also filter out data here using Filter button
Lastly, we can move months by using the left and right buttons beside filter
