After adding an employee as a production member, we can add qualifications to them
To do this, simply go to the Select a member field and select the member you want to add a qualification with
After selecting a member, go to Select a model and select a model group you want to add a qualification on the member with
After selecting a model group, go to Select Qualification Rank and select a specified rank for them
After filling up the fields, click Add Member Ranking. The member should be added to the Member list with qualifications
You can add multiple qualifications to a single member. Just repeat the same steps for adding a member qualification
