To schedule tasks, you need to have orders existing in the system
If you don’t have existing orders yet, create one. If you don’t know how, click here
To Schedule tasks, go to side navigation and under Job Scheduling, click CRM
In the CRM page, scroll down to Order List. Tag an order to accept it by pressing the toggle button
On the top right of Order List table, there should be a Schedule button
If clicked, it will show a new window like this:
You can either schedule manually or automatically on a specific date
Note that you can only manually schedule for today’s date. The earliest you can automatically schedule is tomorrow
Click Proceed after setting preferences of your scheduling
Once done, a success notification should show up:
To check your scheduled tasks, go to Scheduler page. To access it, go to side navigation and under Job Scheduling, click Scheduler
The Scheduler page should look like this:
There are three ways to view your scheduled tasks, through Scheduler view, Gantt Chart view, or Calendar view
Let's use Scheduler view first. Click the date on the top right of the page and pick the date you scheduled your order to:
This is how it should look like:
To see more details about the scheduled tasks, click the name of the assembly station
Here, you can change the quantity you want to make within the day in the QTY field
You also need to set a member before you can schedule an amount of quantity
Now let's change to Gantt Chart view. Click Scheduler Gantt chart tab
The Gantt Chart view should look like this:
Gantt Chart view shows you the scheduled tasks in a timeline format.
Click on a Scheduled task in the timeline
Once clicked, a window that looks similar to Scheduler view should appear. It should have the same features of the Scheduler view
Similarly, you can click the Schedule button, it should show the scheduled tasks for the date you are in
You can also switch from Assembly Station to Production data to shows scheduled tasks for order instead of assembly stations. It should show you the status of the whole order itself, laying out how much output quantities are made already
Now let’s check the Calendar view. Click the Calendar View
This is how the Calendar view should look like:
The yellow highlight represents the date today. Click on a date to show the scheduled tasks in it
In both Gantt Chart and Calendar view, you can also use different filters to narrow down specific tasks and their status
