After setting up your company’s product model, employee accounts, assembly stations and workflows, you should be able to create your first order without a problem

To create orders, go to the side navigation and under Job Scheduling, click CRM
The CRM page should look like this:
On top of the page, there should be a group of input fields that is used to input orders
All fields except Remarks are required to Add order in the system
You can add new Customers by clicking the “+” button beside its input field
Click Save to add the Customer you input in the field
Fill in all the fields and press Add Order
Note that Internal and Customer Due Date cannot be earlier than Order Date, and Customer Due Date cannot be earlier than Internal Due Date
Alternatively, you can upload an excel file of your orders
You need to map a template to match your excel file formatting so that the system can read and input your data
To do this, go to Order Templates tab by clicking it
The view should look like this:
Click the New Template button, it should redirect you to this page:
Upload the file you want to use as a template. The Template Name field would be the name saved for your template, and Header Row field would be the row number where your column headers are. In the example below, the header row is the highlighted row, which is 1
After filling in the details, click Map Template. This should show more fields to customize.
Select the proper data in respect to your column field from the dropdown list
If there are no conflicts or errors with the data, this pop-up should appear:
If you click Import again from CRM page, this window should appear with your template instead:
Importing orders through an excel file
To import orders using your excel file, click on the import button on the top right portion of the screen.
A modal asking for the file should appear.
Click on the choose file button, upload your chosen file and select the template you want to use.
Once done, click Insert Order.
A successful upload should show this notification:
Alternatively, if you have no existing template yet, you can click the Import button on the top right
If you have no templates yet and you clicked Import, a pop-up will show:
Clicking Proceed will redirect you to Template Mapping page, where you can set your own mapping that fits the format of your own Excel file
