To add an order, navigate to CRM page. This can be seen under Job Scheduling CRM through the side navigation
On the top side of the page, you will see numerous input fields. This is where you will input the details of your order that you will add to the system.
Order Details consists of:
Customer – The customer that you are producing the order for
Product Code - The unique identifier of the order. This is what you will mostly see that is order related
Model Name – Is the name of the product that you will be produced
Destination – Address of the customer
Order Date – The date of order.
Internal Due Date – Type of due date that is the company’s designated due date. The product should be finished by then. Internal Due Date can never be earlier than Order Date or Later than Customer Due Date
Customer Due Date - The intended due date of the customers themselves. Customer Due Date can never be earlier than both Order Date and Internal Due Date
Remarks – A place where you can add comments about the order
If there are no customers yet, you can click the “+” button and a pop-up will show up where you can put the Customer that you want to add in the system
After clicking Save, the customer should be available to be chosen in the customer list
Select a Model from the list of products that your company has
Enter your desired Order Code for your order
Enter the amount of output quantity you want to make
Fill up the address of the customer in the Destination
Now put the Order Date, Internal and Customer Due Date
After filling up all the desired details, press Add Order
Note that Internal and Customer Due Date, Order Date, and Quantity fields cannot be left empty
