In CRM, we also keep track of our customers and manage their details This can be done through the Customers view in CRM
On the top left of the page, click the Customers tab
This is how the Customer tab looks like:
In here, shows the list of customers, a field to input new customers and edit their names
To add a new customer, click on the empty input field called Customer Name and type the name of the customer you want to add
Click Save to add it in the list of customers below
You can also edit their names by clicking the edit button
The field and buttons above should change
Edit it into the name you want and click Update Customer
If you want to delete a customer, click the delete button beside the edit button
A confirmation prompt should appear:
Click Yes to confirm deletion. The customer should be gone from the list after confirmation
