In the bottom part of the page lies the Order List. It shows all the Order List that your company has in the system
In Order List, you can accept, edit and delete orders
To accept an order, click the toggle button beside the PO number of the order
Accepted orders are orders that can be sent to Scheduler by clicking Schedule on the top right
When Schedule is clicked, this pop-up appears:
In this pop-up, we chose the date that we want our order/s to be scheduled for production and whether we want to schedule them automatically or manually
When Automatic scheduling is used, it lets the system plot out the schedule based on their due date from the date that the user chose, while manual scheduling is setting the order to be scheduled only in a single specific date
Once done, click Proceed and it will be scheduled in the date you chose
To edit and delete order details, simply click their respective buttons on the right side of the row entry of an order
When editing, you would see that the order input fields above are filled with the details of the order you were trying to edit
Click Update Order once you are done with editing, or Cancel Update if you wish to discard all changes
When deleting an order, you can only delete orders that have no scheduled tasks related to it in the Scheduler
This notification would appear if you happened to delete an order that has tasks in the Scheduler:
If an order is successfully deleted, a different notification would appear that shows the order code of the deleted order:
You can also use the customer filter to check orders that are related to that customer only
